In this coaching session, we’ll discuss your specific challenges, business goals, and provide actionable advice to help you avoid mistakes and move forward more efficiently. This session is designed to provide you with the tools and strategies you need to succeed as an early-stage founder.

Ideal for first-time founders who need clear and actionable advice on business validation and execution.
✅ Weekly Sessions.The 60-minute strategy/coaching sessions are designed to be delivered on a weekly basis, within pre-arranged days/time slots which we would mutually agree upon when we commence. You may request to reschedule or postpone within 12 hours prior to the set appointment.
🔵 Engagement Duration. The duration of the monthly agreement includes the preliminary minimum block of 4 hours worth of strategic planning with the coach per month. If you do not use the time (highly unlikely) the time does not carry over and is non-refundable. If we go above the 4 hours for the month, the overage is billed at $200/hr.
🔵 Additional Sessions. You may request additional online or offline sessions at least 24 hours before your desired schedule. These sessions will be accumulatively billed to you on the last Thursday of each service month. The cost per additional online session is $200/hour.
🔵 Future Engagement. At the end of the project term (one month), we would make a joint evaluation as to whether to continue the relationship and, if so, under what conditions. An option here is either to renew the monthly coaching bundle, proceed with only hourly coaching sessions, or just the services of the startup manager assigned.
✅ Startup Manager Engagement
🔵 Hourly Services. The hourly services from the Startup Manager covers administrative and communications-related assistance. It covers project management, research, data entry, social media, and email management/scheduling.
🔵 Extra Services. Note that these costs do NOT include complex design, development, translation, and other requests not specified above. Additional, one-time services such as these may be requested from your startup’s Account Manager who will then provide you with a quotation.
🔵 Availability. Your Startup Manager will work and be available via channels defined during your onboarding/meet-and-greet session. In terms of availability, you and the startup manager can communicate about your joint availability.
🔵 Work Engagement. In the case of a replacement request for the current Startup Manager for another Startup Manager, you understand that the hourly rates may change depending on each provider’s proposed rates for your account.
